a. We accept returns for standard items, provided they are in saleable condition.
b. Returns for bespoke items, including bespoke gates, fence panels, as well as postmix and gloves, are not accepted under any circumstances.
c. Items eligible for return must be in their original condition.
d. Damaged items, including those damaged during transit, will not be accepted for return.

3. Order Cancellation:
a. Orders for bespoke items cannot be canceled once production has commenced.
b. Cancellation requests for standard items must be made within 24 hours of order placement.

a. Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on the delivery location and item weight.
b. Centurion Concrete Products Ltd is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party logistics services.
